The Company provides free quotes and advice for new house building projects. This service is provided as a courtesy and does not create any contractual obligations between the Client and the Company.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring that all necessary permissions and approvals are obtained for building projects.

Making timely payments for services as agreed upon.
5. Payment Terms

The Company’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the provision of services will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company for the services in question.
9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client fails to make payments as agreed.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
